Deja Vu consists of over 1000 hand dyed and perfumed tampons. The installation reads as a wall of flowers at a distance but up close, the viewer realizes it is instead made of tampons. In the same way, women take something deemed as disgusting and make it beautiful. You may never know what challenges a woman faces until you take a closer look.
